Thank you for shopping with us. We take pride in creating high-quality 3D printed products and carefully selected print-on-demand apparel. Please review our return policy before placing an order.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because many of our items are custom-made, made-to-order, or produced in limited runs, our return policy varies by product type.

1. 3D Printed Ammo Boxes & Custom Products

Our 3D printed ammo boxes are often made to order in specific colors, calibers, and configurations.

Eligible Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom color orders
  • Personalized or engraved items
  • Custom caliber requests
  • Used items
  • Items damaged by misuse, drops, improper storage, or normal wear

Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be returned in original condition
  • Item must include original packaging when possible

 

2. Print-on-Demand Clothing & Apparel

Print-on-demand items such as t-shirts, hoodies, hats, and apparel are produced specifically for each order.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns or replacements for apparel if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The wrong size or product was sent by mistake
  • There is a printing defect or manufacturing issue

Non-Returnable Apparel

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Color preference changes
  • Worn, washed, or used items

Please review size charts carefully before purchasing.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

When contacting us, include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of packaging (if damaged)
  • Brief explanation of the issue

This helps us quickly review and resolve the issue.

 

Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item has a confirmed manufacturing defect

We recommend using a tracked shipping method for all returns.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After production has started, cancellations may not be possible for made-to-order or custom products.
